Toronto Barbershop — Website, Social & Paid Ads
Full-service digital transformation for a Toronto barbershop: a clean booking-ready website, ongoing social media content, and paid campaigns that turned walk-in traffic into a consistently booked operation.

The Final Product
About the Client
A well-established Toronto barbershop with strong word-of-mouth was running entirely on walk-ins and returning regulars — sustainable, but leaving revenue on the table. The engagement covered three areas: a new website, paid campaign management for new-client acquisition, and ongoing social content to stay top of mind between appointments.

What Was Holding Them Back
Fielding phone calls, managing walk-in queues, and handling last-minute cancellations adds up. Beyond the operational friction, the shop had no reliable digital channel to attract new customers. In a city with dozens of barbershops nearby, being discoverable online is the difference between being considered and being invisible. Social was inconsistent and there was no paid acquisition.
Every week without a website, ads, or consistent social meant new customers walked into the barbershop next door instead. The competition was already online.
The Approach
The website reflects the shop's premium positioning — clean layout, quality photography, clear services and pricing, and booking integration. We launched targeted local search campaigns on high-intent terms, with conversion-optimized landing pages. Social media management brought consistency: a planned content calendar with 4–5 posts/week plus community management on comments and DMs.

The Impact
Online bookings became a meaningful share of appointments within the first two months, especially among new clients who discovered the shop through ads or social. Paid campaigns consistently delivered new enquiries at a cost well below customer lifetime value, and the social following has grown steadily with regular, on-brand content.

Milestones
“Online booking changed the way we run the shop. The ads bring in new faces every week, and our Instagram actually looks like it belongs to a professional business now. Less time on the phone, more time cutting.”
