Dental Clinic | Growth Strategy & Digital Marketing
Comprehensive growth strategy for a Toronto dental clinic: website optimisation, Google Ads setup, and social media content that increased patient bookings and established a strong digital presence.

The Story Behind This Project
This dental clinic had been operating successfully on referrals and a loyal patient base for years, but new patient acquisition had plateaued. The existing website was functional but not optimised for conversions, there was no paid advertising driving new patients, and social media was limited to occasional posts with no strategy behind them.
We designed a comprehensive growth strategy covering three pillars: website optimisation to convert more visitors into booked appointments, Google Ads to capture high-intent searches for dental services in the area, and consistent social media content to build trust and keep the practice visible in a competitive market.

Sound Familiar?
The dental industry in Toronto is highly competitive. Patients searching for a new dentist have dozens of options within a few kilometres, and their decision often comes down to which practice appears most professional, trustworthy, and accessible online. The clinic's existing website had slow load times, no clear calls to action, and was not optimised for mobile, where the majority of local health searches happen.
Without paid advertising, the clinic was invisible to patients actively searching for services like teeth whitening, dental implants, or emergency care. These are high-value services with strong commercial intent, and competitors were already running ads for every relevant search term in the area.
Competitors were already running ads for every high-value search term in the area. Every day without a strategy meant more patients choosing another clinic they found first online.
Here's What We Did About It
Website optimisation started with a full audit: page speed improvements, mobile responsiveness fixes, and restructuring the content around the patient journey. Clear calls to action for booking were added to every page, service pages were rewritten to address patient concerns directly, and trust signals like credentials, reviews, and before-and-after galleries were made prominent.
Google Ads campaigns were structured around service categories: general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, and emergency care. Each campaign had dedicated landing pages with specific messaging, conversion tracking, and call extensions for immediate phone bookings. We implemented negative keyword lists to eliminate wasteful spend and ran A/B tests on ad copy continuously.
Social media content was planned around three themes: educational content (oral health tips, procedure explanations), trust-building content (team introductions, office tours, patient testimonials), and promotional content (seasonal offers, new service announcements). Posts were scheduled 3-4 times per week across Instagram and Facebook.

Here's What Changed
New patient bookings increased significantly within the first three months. Google Ads delivered a strong conversion rate, with cost-per-acquisition well below the lifetime value of a dental patient. The website bounce rate dropped substantially after optimisation, meaning more visitors were engaging with content and taking action. Social media engagement grew steadily, with the practice receiving regular DMs and comments from both existing and prospective patients.

“We went from maybe one or two new patient calls a week to getting enquiries every day. The Google Ads pay for themselves many times over, and our social media actually looks like a professional practice now.”
